So as Ethiopia enters the new millennium, this website aspires to improve awareness about Ethiopia, its people, culture and history. It also provides Ethiopians who live abroad with important information about their culture and history as well as their forthcoming millennium.
It is intended to be a means through which Ethiopians and non-Ethiopians alike can make positive contributions to Ethiopia, and its people. To achieve its objectives, the website will give honest and accurate information about many aspects of Ethiopia in the hope of projecting an image that defies the stereotypical representation of the country.
This website is one way of bringing one of my ideas to life to help Ethiopia improve its distorted image on the world stage.
My hope is that with the help of this website, more and more people will know more and more about Ethiopia.
